Each private label product is supplied with structured regulatory documentation to support UK market placement.

Documentation includes:

• Product-specific Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) issued in client company name
• Structured Product Information File (PIF) framework
• Ingredient breakdown
• IFRA certification
• Allergen declaration guidance
• Support for UK cosmetic notification

Final responsibility for market placement remains with the client as Responsible Person.

Manufacturing Standards

Production is conducted within a GMP-compliant facility. Written formulation specifications, batch records, and fragrance lot traceability are maintained for each production cycle.

OUR PROCESS

Step 1 – Access Information Pack: Review product specifications, documentation structure, pricing tiers, and production timelines.

Step 2 – Submit Partnership Application: Provide details regarding your brand, order volume, and launch plans.

Step 3 – Application Review: Applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with our structured production model.

Step 4 – Introductory Consultation: Selected applicants are invited to a short consultation to confirm fit and production scheduling.

Step 5 – Production & Documentation: Upon confirmation, production is scheduled within the relevant window. Documentation is prepared and supplied alongside finished goods.
